The delicious taste of our olives comes from three key pillars of excellence:
Top-quality ingredients: Every Andrea olive you take from its package has been hand-picked from our groves, and is guaranteed Grade A to ensure the highest quality. We marinate and rub our olives with authentic Greek spices to retain our olives' rich, fruity tones and exceptional flavors.
Time-tested techniques: From cultivation to spicing, we use techniques that have withstood the test of time. We triple-wash our olives with cool water to remove any dirt and bring out the fresh olive flavor. Rather than using harsh chemicals to speed up the ripening process, we let nature take its course over 6-8 weeks, leaving our olives with a firm and clean taste rather than any unpleasant textures, tastes, or scents.
State-of-the-art packaging: These old-world techniques are finished with new-world technology. Our special atmospheric packaging means almost zero salty and oily brine, allowing you to taste more of the olives.
